03 Match the fields to review
Match the same attribute on both sides. Values compare exactly: “10” and “10.00” are different. Keys are case-sensitive; text SKUs keep leading zeros.
Change report
Approve or hold individual changes. “Needs review” rows cannot be approved. Exports include every row and its decision, regardless of filters. Approval records your review; it never updates a store. On small screens, scroll across the report to see every column.

Before you use a report
Compare values, not workbook formatting. Select one worksheet on each side. Save formula cells as values first. XLS and PDF need conversion elsewhere. Numeric Excel SKUs do not retain display-format zeros: store identifiers as text.
Resolve exceptions in your source. Duplicate and missing keys stay separate. There is no fuzzy matching, currency conversion, price arithmetic, or automatic store update. Correct the original file, load it again, and compare.
Keep what you need. Files, reports, and decisions live only in this tab. Download your report before closing. Mapping profiles contain column names and choices, not catalog rows. Clear workspace releases this session’s data.
